    The Apicoectomy Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>

    An apicoectomy is a surgical procedure typically performed by a specialist dentist (periodontist or endodontist) or an oral surgeon. The procedure involves the following steps:<\/p>

    1. 2.Anesthesia:<\/strong> Local anesthesia is administered to numb the area around the tooth, ensuring the patient feels no pain.<\/li>
    2. Gum Incision:<\/strong> The dentist makes a small incision in the gums near the affected tooth to expose the root tip.<\/li>
